Projects


Optimum is involved in many major Israeli and international projects, mainly in the defense and aerospace industries, some of which are listed below:

  • IAI- Optimum is involved in most IAI factories: Malat, the manufacturer of UAV; the Business Jets factory, where Optimum is preparing work instructions for the assembly of the G200 and G150 jets; Boeing, in planning and production of parts for the Boeing 787. Optimum is also involved in Tamam's MOSP (Multi-mission Optronic Stabilized Payload). 

 

  • IMI- Optimum is preparing the assembly instructions for the upgrade of the M60 for the Turkish army. As well, Optimum assists Ashot Ashkelon, a subsidiary company of IMI in this project, by preparing the ILS manuals for the Final Drive of their tanks.

 

  • ELTA- Optimum has supplied Route Cards for the manufacturing and assembly of the Tecsar Satelite of the IAI over the last 3 years. These Route Cards are used also for employees training. This project was one of the first to use the Optimum way in the space domain. 

 

  • RAFAEL- Rafael's selected Optimum's methodology as their standard for manufaturing and production files. We are involved in over 100 different projects, including protection systems, targeting and weapons systems, air defense and electronic systems, land and sea combat systems, missiles systems and many more. Optimum assists the Armament division of Rafael with the preparation of visual, easy-to-implement training and installation instructions, used around the world. Initially, Rafael employed our services and expertise to document the work procedures done by its subcontractors abroad.

 

  • HP- Hp-Indigo chose Optimum to create production and assembly files used by HP and its subcontractors in Israel.

 

  • NETAFIM- Netafim, an leading Israeli company specializing in irrigation systems, is working with Optimum to train it's employees and clients all around the world.

 

  • ELOP- Optimum started its activity in El-Op four years ago. Our method has proved itself to be a successful tool in the field of advanced space-borne electro-optic observation systems for government, commercial and scientific applications.

 

  • ATO- An authorized maintenance center of Rolls Royce in Australia chose Optimum as the documentation and training supplier for the C20 series engines.

 

  • ISRAELI AIRFORCE- Optimum's unique system was implemented in the I and O level maintenance of the F-16I and soldier training program. This project was carried out in cooperation with Mobideo.
